Kursus Effective Leadership

Diantara tugas-tugas pensyarah yang saya suka ialah apabila menghadiri kursus seperti apa yang saya hadiri pada hari ini (24/7). En Mustaffa hari ini berkongsi pengalaman apakah yang dinyatakan sebagai pemimpin yang cemerlang. Walaubagaimanapun beliau tidak sempat untuk berkongsi pengalaman dan tip kearah pemimpin yang cemerlang. Walaubagaimanapun beberapa perkara berikut akan kekal dalam ingatan saya:
